Nordabrake Self Catering Holiday Houses
Our self catering houses are generally let on a weekly basis to give you enough time to soak up Unst’s wonderful atmosphere and fully explore its many attractions. However, they may be rented for shorter periods, subject to availability, as set out below.
The Nordabrake houses sleep 5 adults (1 double room, 1 twin and 1 single) and travel cots are also available. Adjoining houses may be rented for larger parties.

Note - Some house have additional sofa beds in their sitting rooms and sleep 7. If you require the additional space we charge a supplement of £10 per adult and £5 per child per day.
Prices include all electricity and heating, bed linen and towels.
We also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Restaurant - the perfect antidote to too much cooking at home!

Bunkhouse Prices
The Sergeants' Mess Bunkhouse offers a mixture of single, double and twin bedrooms and caters for parties of up to 35 people.
Prices for 2008:
Bed-only: £15 adult, £10 junior (16 and under).
Full board*: £46 adult, £40 junior
* Full board consists of a continental breakfast with cereal and toast, soup and sandwiches lunch or pack lunch, evening bar meal - starter and main course. A minimum 2-night stay is required.
Prices include bed linen but there is an additional charge for towels.
Large Parties: Parties of more than 10 adults staying for more than 3 consecutive nights on a full-board basis are entitled to free board and lodging for 1 adult for the duration of the stay.

The Borealis Club
If you stay with us once you will become an automatic member of our Borealis Club, which entitles you - and anyone with you that has stayed before - to a 10% discount on your accommodation if you stay with us for more than 3 nights. Food, drink and other services are not included.
